The Children's Peace Monument in the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park is dedicated to the children who perished in the atomic bombing of Hiroshima.  The statue is inspired by the story of Sadako Sasaki and her 1000 paper cranes.  Hear Sadako's brother talk about his experience in this June 2009 intervew.
