Post-War Entertainment District
Two Sailors amble through a downtown entertainment district of the city. Nearby is the <Nichi-Geki>, the largest Japanese vaudeville theatre in Tokyo, movie houses, nightclubs and burlesque shows. The red and white lanterns are strung out in front of a restaurant to attract servicemen and tourists, although they are rarely seen along the main streets of modern Tokyo. The bridge spans one of the city's canals and is called <Sukiya-Bashi>.
